Sony BMG Signs Up To Nokia’s ‘Comes With Music’ Unlimited Download Service
Currently enjoying a nice big synergistic hug and dreaming of a fast-filling cash trough are Nokia and Sony BMG, who have back-slapped themselves silly after striking a deal over the “Comes With Music” service.
The deal will give punters with brand spanking new compatible phones a year’s worth of free access to the Sony BMG music catalogue, with pop-pickers (© Alan ‘Fluff’ Freeman) able to download tracks to both their mobile device and computer via the Nokia Music Store.

One of the clear upcoming trends for TV manufacturers is to try and persuade you to change your current flat screen (if you’ve taken the plunge already) to an even thinner TV.
While we were at IFA last year, we were stunned by the ultra thin TV shown by Sharp, which came in at a crazy 20mm, at its thinnest point – it was only 29mm at its thickest!

The Nokia 5320 comes in a classic candy-bar form factor and serves up the rather gimmicky Say and Play feature. This lets punters bellow a song or name of an artist into their phone, and the software will dutifully serve it up.
There’s certainly no shortage of more useful features on board though, with the 3G phone offering a ‘full Internet browser for Web 2.0 access,’ dedicated XpressMusic keys, an audio chip for advanced sound quality, a handy 3.5mm audio jack, a 2.0 Megapixel camera with flash, HS-USB and microSD card support for up to 8GB.
Google Is The World’s Number One Brand
Search engine monsters Google have emerged at the very top of a list of the world’s most powerful brands, with research estimating the company’s value at a whopping $86bn (£43bn).
Research by analysts Millward Brown put Google at the pinnacle of their annual top 100 global brand power list for the second year running, notching up a 30% year-on-year increase in its value.

Asus Eee 900 Low Cost Sub-Notebook Due In May
Currently sending ripples of excitement around the office is news of the impending UK release of the Asus Eee PC 900 ultraportable laptop.
Priced at a comparatively expensive £329, the most noticeable difference is the increased screen size – up from 7 inches to 8.9 inches, with a widescreen 1,024×600 pixels resolution. With so many websites being authored for 1024 pixel-wide screens, this will bring welcome relief to Eee users fed up with scrolling from left to right (See our review of the original Asus Eee).
