There´s been a lot of chatter about the Sony Rolly. It’s been unclear what it is, or what it really does and by not revealing anything, Sony are starting to claw back some of the ‘magic’ that Apple has been enjoying for ages.
A video of it has _just_ come out (it was posted 36 minutes ago) … and it doesn’t really give you any more info as to what it might be. It moves around and flaps a little by the look of it. The thing that surprised us is how small it is.

Nikon has spilled the beans on no less than seven shiny new new consumer digicams, all expected to be parading on the shop shelves during September. We take a look at their two budget offerings.

Sharp have shown their next generation LCD TVs – the summary?
They are phenomenally thin – extraordinarily thin.
How thin? 20mm thin, increasing slightly to 29mm at their thickest part. Crazy isn’t it?
The bezel is just as slim, with the top coming in at 20mm at the top and 25mm on sides.
Two years after Samsung first announced their intention to sell a dual fomat HD player that would play HD-DVD and Blu-ray – in the same unit.
As well as being the first dual format player, the BD-UP5000 Duo HD Player supports both formats interactive formats – DB Java and HDi.

We were privileged to get our hands on the Pacemaker a while back – something we’d had a burning desire to do since we first heard about what the Pacemaker might be.
It’s a handheld DJ unit that packs a considerable punch – sufficient to make it realistic to play a whole DJ set using just the Pacemaker and no external units.
Slightly smaller than a vertically held PSP, it packs a 120GB drive; a colour display at the top touch sensitive cross-fader in the middle; circular selection pad at the bottom; a couple of buttons on each side and connectors on the bottom.

After some reports of problems with “smoking” when mains power units have been attached to Microsoft’s Xbox 360 wireless Racing Wheels, they decided to fix, or in their language “retrofit,” them.
Their use of language really is spectacular, beyond “retrofit,” they also say that the “AC-DC power supply is used to energize the Wheel.” Energize! What’s this? Star Trek?
