Is Blogging overtaking Social Networking?
The newly released Neilsen Online figures show that Blogger.com, the blogging service owned by Google, reached 5.1 million user in January.
Over the same period the previously-huge MySpace reached just over 5 million and Bebo a smidgen over 4 million.

Facebook Boosts Music Service; MTV And MySpace Launch TV Show
Oh great. There’s yet another social networking service arriving on an already crowded landscape, and this time it’s Facebook ripping off MySpace by offering their own full-on dedicated music service.
The feature set appears to be a note for note copy of the basic MySpace services, so bands or musicians can create their own homepages, add songs and videos, post up information about gigs, blog updates and news, yadda yadda yadda.

Intel Atom Processor Announced
After a furiously frenetic flapping of flipcharts, Intel’s PR department have come up with the family name for their new range of processors destined for mobile Internet device (MIDs) and low-cost PCs.
First to get the new name will be Intel’s Silverthorne chip, designed for MIDs, and Diamondville, destined for cheapo PCs such as the hugely successful Asus Eee PC.
