		<description>Ha,
Can you believe it!
My Sky Broadband connection is soooo slow! And when I say slow, i mean 0.5mbps slow!
I did a speedtest at speedtest.net, and saw that my download speed was 0.5mbps which, of course you can&#039;t even watch a youtube video on.
So, I rang Sky and they told me that my router wasn&#039;t even connected and that they would have to &#039;Escalate&#039; the call (which means ignore it and hope that it goes away). However, I must be connected because I&#039;m writing this response.
Also, when I did the speedtest.net test it stated that my ISP was Easynet.
Is it coincidence that Sky Have taken over Easynet and now my ISP is stated as being Easynet with speeds of 0.5mbps. I think not!!
I&#039;ll Quote from the article here:

“There’s zero tolerance (among our customers) for that sort of unreliability and pain…we can only roll out products that you switch on and they work.”

Hmmm lets see if Sky delivers on that shall we!! They certainly haven&#039;t so far.
